The Starbucks Foundation partnered with Planet Water along with deployment partner, SATI, to bring clean water to Wangjorakea School. 18 Starbucks volunteers helped install the AquaTower, a water filtration system that supports the daily drinking water requirements of up to 1,800 people. They also helped teach Planet Water's Water-Health and Hygiene Education Program to help the children learn and understand the importance of healthy practices such as drinking clean water and hand washing with soap.
